Our Warranty philosophy is designed to be open, fair, and above board. Both our new and used parts are held to high standards; but, we recognize that occasionally a defective item can slip through.
If you feel you must return an item for any reason, please contact us with an explanation of the problem within two weeks of delivery. We will send you instructions and a return authorization number to be marked on the outside of the returned package.
Please make an effort to return items in "as sold" condition with original packing and documentation. In most cases, we will give a full refund upon inspection of the returned goods. We cannot accept any COD returns.
One caution in regard to used parts:
Since used parts are in limited supply, it is always possible that an item can be sold, and then inadvertantly resold, before it can be removed from the site. If this should happen to you, we will immediately refund your payment with our apology and an explanation.
Please remember that Farmall Cub Forever is an online business. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control could make it difficult or temporarily impossible for us to communicate with you. If this ever happens, rest assured that we will immediately get in touch with you as soon as we are able.
Finally, please understand that Farmall Cub Forever and the Favorite Things Company can not be held liable under any circumstances for incidental or consequential damage, repair costs, personal injury, damage to other parts, loss of income or loss of life.
